Rod Khansari, DMD

Dr. Khansari grew up in Houston, Texas, & earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating with cum laude honors.

Following dental school, he completed a hospital-based general practice residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he served as chief resident of the department. During his residency, Dr. Khansari gained extensive experience caring for medically complex patients, including individuals undergoing cancer treatment & those with cardiovascular disease. He also provided on-call emergency room care for patients experiencing dental trauma & infection, & treated patients with special needs in the operating room.

Committed to continuing education, he has completed an advanced cosmetic dentistry continuum through the Nash Institute of Dental Education in North Carolina. His clinical interests include restorative & cosmetic dentistry, as well as surgical procedures. He takes pride in combining careful treatment planning, modern techniques, & a personalized approach to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside of the office, Dr. Khansari enjoys playing tennis, walking his Australian Shepherd, Daisy, & spending time with his wife. Together, they especially enjoy watching movies & exploring new restaurants.
