For the convenience of our patients we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In order to provide the highest level of care while maintaining the most reasonable costs, we ask that payment be made at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please keep in mind that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Southport Dental Care will send you a statement each month. Most insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks from the date of service. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame and we will help you sort it out. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is, however, your responsibility. Your timely remittance is very appreciated. Financing and/or payment plans can be arranged, but any such arrangements must be made prior to the actual procedure.

We also provide assistance with employer-sponsored dental insurance plans, helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We are happy to fill out claim forms and mail them for you so that you may be reimbursed by the company as rapidly as possible and with the least amount of hassle.
