Dr. Fox received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from ______ and earned his D.M.D. degree (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from ______ University School of Dental Medicine, in 19__ graduating in the top 5 of his class.
He was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society of his outstanding achievements.
